What you will need to send us
- Bank statements for the full financial year (PDF from your bank is fine)
- Last year's financial statements, if you have them

- CIPC: annual returns require either a Financial Accountability Supplement or financial statements.
- Banks and finance houses: loan, overdraft and vehicle-finance applications usually ask for recent financial statements.
- Tenders and CIDB upgrades: financial statements help show your financial capability when applying for higher CIDB grades.
Close corporations and accounting officer reports

Can you prepare financial statements from bank statements only?
Yes. Most of our small-business clients' only records are their bank statements. We allocate the transactions, ask you about anything unclear and prepare the financial statements from there.
How long does it take?
It depends on how complete your records are. Once we have your bank statements and answers to our questions, we keep you updated at every step until the statements are ready.
Do you also submit the company income tax return?
Yes. We can complete and submit your company's ITR14 to SARS using the financial statements we prepare.
How much do annual financial statements cost?
