What is CIDB registration?
The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) keeps the Register of Contractors. Contractors who want to tender for public-sector construction work need to be registered in the right grade and class of works — for example General Building (GB) or Civil Engineering (CE).
Grade 1 is the entry level and is where most new construction businesses start.
